Operations PolicyOur goal is to set the operational standard in UAS operations.

We will achieve this through:
  • Being recognised as the provider of superior service within the framework of the contract.
  • Having competent people operating reliable equipment.
  • Minimising non-productive and down time through proactive planning and execution.


Quality PolicyOur goal is to set the quality standard in UAS operations.

We will achieve this through:
  • The establishment and maintenance of an effective quality management system.
  • Ensuring that we employ highly competent personnel in a transparent organisation with clear lines of responsibility.
  • Setting clear and measurable goals for continuous improvement.


Training and Competence Development PolicyIn Select Visuals we believe that skills and competence are developed as a result of the interaction between education, training and experience gained at the workplace.

This is achieved by:
  • All of our employees being responsible for acquiring the necessary skills and competence in order to perform their duties to the highest possible standards, as required by Select Visuals.
  • Select Visuals shall ensure at all times that employees have the necessary qualifications, accreditation and certificates to perform their work.

  • The provision of established health criteria for hiring new employees and a procedure to govern the return to work of all personnel after any absence through illness.
  • Having a safe and inspiring working environment.

Drugs PolicyThe Select Visuals culture encourages moderation and sobriety.

  • We do not accept the sale, purchase, possession or use of illegal drugs in any form by any personnel, either during work or leisure time. Violation will result in instant dismissal.
